Delivery schedule: Delivery in approximately 10 business days from the receipt of your order. Estimated delivery time varies. Items will be shipped internationally from Japan.

Please be advised that customs for products are the responsibility of the customer. 
(Customs are decided by the custom authority. Please ask the custom authority for custom amount and other questions.)

PAYMENT MUST BE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PLACING YOUR ORDER.
We only ship to the mailing address registered to the PayPal account from which we receive payment. 
Please make sure your PayPal mailing address is current and correct.

Shipping

We use Japan EMS shipping service.

After shipping, tracking number will be provided. Import duties and any related charges will be paid by the buyer. Tohomart Co.,LTd. is not responsible for any delay in shipping caused by the custom. Tohomart Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for uninsured package in case of loss.

Return Policy
We DO NOT accept return, exchange. In case of damage or loss, the actual damage cost will not be compensated. 
Also This item is marked as  NON-RETURNABLE . Any other items returned, with tags removed, or having been used, soiled or damaged will not be refunded.

The estimated delivery time means the fastest possible delivery time indicated by Japan Post in the case of no delay by the customs or local post office in the destination country. Neither Japan Post nor Tohomart Co.,Ltd. can negotiate with the customs or local post office in your country to speed up the process. No ‘special arrangement’ can be made with the customs or post office in your country. Due to the increasingly tightened security measures against terrorism placed by a number of countries, there are possibilities for a delay in international postal delivery. Japan Post nor Tohomart Co.,Ltd. can be held responsible for the delay in delivery of international parcels. Neither Japan Post nor Tohomart Co.,Ltd. thus will be able to refund shipping fees.

The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued unless the product is damaged or defect upon arrival.

No refunds will be issued for a personal reason such as “I don’t like the color”, “Doesn’t fit me” or “I don’t like the taste” etc.

Return accepted in 7 days starting on the day products arrive, buyer pays return shipping.

Before purchasing, please note that all sales are final. Japanese retail packaging, manual and instruction of products, if any, are in Japanese only.

Before you purchase a beauty, health or food product, please make sure you contact your doctor or professional to assure that you won’t develop any complication by consuming the product.

If you have any problem with the product, please contact the manufacture of the product directly. No refund will be made for the product in question.

Tohomart Co.,Ltd. is not responsible for the delay in delivery. Neither Japan Post nor Tohomart Co.,Ltd. have any control over the condition or speed of your parcel is delivered once it’s dispatched from Japan. Your country’s post office is responsible for delivering the product to the postal address provided by you. If your parcel does not arrive within the specified timeline, please contact your local post office with the tracking number provided.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check taxes and make sure that a particular products can be imported. Tohomart Co.,Ltd. will not take responsibility for any trouble between buyer and customer country’s customs. Thus, in a case of a parcel being seized by the Customs Office, we are unable to provide a refund.

  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

  • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

  • We DO NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a "GIFT" on customs forms.
    Doing that is against JAPAN and international laws.
